Hey there! I’m Whitney Hanson. I’m all of the things above, and then some. I’ve always loved making and building. Most recently, I was able to help build the Uber Eats brand from a small delivery offshoot in the US to a thriving global business with a massive brand presence and positive contribution to Uber’s bottom line. From shooting early ads in my kitchen, to taking on massive shoots for local content in the Middle East, or championing our brand on larger McDonald’s spot shoots, I’ve been able to contribute at every level and help grow both the business and my skill set.
Before that, I worked at Edelman, a global digital and PR agency, amplifying brands on social media. Working with brands like Sunkist, Adobe, REI and PayPal, I honed a scrappy, get-it-done attitude and was able to collaborate to create world-class creative on tight timelines. Before that, I was busy honing my craft and working with smaller companies and nonprofits as a freelancer.
Additionally, I’ve kept busy with side projects, volunteering in schools, a recent wedding, a little golf, and a big family who live close by. I’m enjoying the view from our apartment in San Francisco, but I’m also ready for the next challenge. Have a peek at my resumé below!
